The last couple of weeks have been a blur with a newborn. We are still getting used to each other, lets just say some days are better than others. I noticed the other day that my hair is really dry and that is mostly because these days I hardly have time to myself let alone do my hair. I have not been moisturising my hair as needed so I decided to deep condition my hair. I used an avocado deep conditioner.
Here is what you will need:
1 overripe avocado
2 tbsp castor oil/ coconut oil/ olive oil
2 tbsp honey
Mash everything together and apply to your hair.
Whenever I use food to deep condition my hair, I start by deep conditioning before shampooing so that if there are any small particles of food, I can remove them. I get the same results as when I deep condition after shampooing. This deep condition left my hair feeling moisturised.
