One of my favourite things is leftover plain rice with milk. Fresh milk or curdled milk doesn’t matter either is delicious.
Last week I decided to change it up and used chai spiced milk and topped it off with fruits and nuts. It is probably one of the most fulfilling breakfasts I have ever had. It actually fueled me until lunch time. I got a lot done.
I just combined many favourite things of mine. You can use whatever you like. Plain milk without fruit is actually great. If you would like to make it vegan, try using coconut milk or one of the nut milks instead.Breakfast Rice Bowl with Chai Spiced Milk
