In 2018, I experimented with tsubvu, cooking and preserving them. I had so much fun with the series and I think some of my best pictures ever. This is my favourite picture of the series:

So this year I made an actual book with all the different recipes, Cooking With Tsubvu. This is a collection of all the recipes that use tsubvu. It feels so good to see my work in a book, the feeling does not change no matter how many times I have done it.
