Corn, Avocado, Tomato and Onion Salad

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup corn
- 1 avocado
- 1 to mato
- 1 red onion
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a pan and toast the corn until lightly browned

Dice all the ingredients and toss together with the corn.

Season with salt and pepper.
