Early last month I decided to make a crochet skirt. I found this pattern that had motifs in it and before I finished the second round of the first motif I got bored and abandoned the idea of a skirt. I was even too lazy to return the yarn so I decided to use to make a bag.
I have wanted to make a backpack for myself and this yarn was just perfect for the project. The yarn I used is crochet thread size 5. The project moved slowly but I managed to finish it in under two weeks.
The skirt I wanted to make is ombre dyed so I decided to do so on my bag as well. Thus was my first doing so and I am pretty impressed.
My favourite part of this bag is the cord and tassels. The cord in romanian lace. This was a new technique for me as well.
The handles are attached in the back with d-rings but you can use any method you like.
Now to rock my bag!
