Heres is hoping you had a wonderful eatser holiday. I did. Leo and I packed it all in on Good Friday. Around mid morning we went to the Horseshoe Bay Beach to watch the kites. It is a Bermudian tradition to fly kites on Good Friday along with hot cross buns and codfish cakes. Then I made food, well it was not neccessarily a planned meal but just dishes I had wanted to try out for some time. I made Broccoli Soup, Carrot cake, Oven fried drumsticks, sausage potato salad and the best thing was the olive bread.’, ‘ The whole house smelled so nice because of the bread. Later in the day we went down to St David”s Cricket Club, there were so many people there but it was nice and relaxing. One group had a kite so big it was tied to a lorry but it was flying so high it looked small. So enjoy the pictures I took during the holiday!
