At least twice a week we have fish. Both Leo’s love fish especially the baked tilapia. I actually don’t want to make this recipe anymore because I make it way too often and you can tell my husband and son so they do not request it anymore!
It is for good reason too. It is a good recipe and I now just make the sauce in a large batch and stick it in the fridge to use. I have actually been trying other sauces to give my option other choices. I tried making jerk fish and no one really liked it. I found a sauce that I love.
I struggle with fish pictures but I promise it tastes really good. I love baking fish because cleanup is easy and the fish does not fall apart during cooking
