This time I made flatbread. It is a great alternative to sadza or rice.

Madhumbe flatbread
Ingredients
- 1 cup madhumbe mashed
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
-
Combine mashed madhumbe, salt and all-purpose flour. Knead until you get a soft dough. Divide the dough into 6 parts. Roll each part into a round shape.
-
Heat a pan and add oil. Place one flatbread on the pan. Cook until bubbles form. Turn the bread and cook on the other side. Serve warm.
