My son is now seven months old. We now have somewhat of a routine which we follow everyday except for the days we have to leave the house. I am not militant about it either and that works just fine for me. Mornings are almost always the same, we wake up, have breakfast, take a bath and then Leo takes his morning nap. Lunch is around one and dinner between six and seven. The only day this changes is on Saturday when we go to church. Our bedtime routine is set but its difficult getting Leo to actually sleep but we will get there, I hope.
Leo’s breakfast is usually a single grain cereal with some pureed fruit. For lunch he will have some yoghurt or fruit and for supper it can be what we are having and I mash it up. I have found it cheaper to make the food at home than buying pre-made food. I go to the baby food aisle for inspiration. I look at the different food combinations and try them for Leo. This is where I got the idea for peach applesauce. Making this at home was half the price of buying it at the store and its super easy.
