Towards the end of the summer, I planted some radishes. I don’t really like eating radishes but they are so beautiful to look at. So that is why I grew them. Just look at them!
Also, they are so easy to grow. It is a great starter crop if you are new to gardening. Whenever you start a new hobby, it helps to start with something easy it boosts your confidence. Even then it always important to remember that failure does happen, especially with plants.
While I enjoyed looking at the fruit, I could not let the radishes go to waste. So I decided to try something different, roasted radishes.
Simply slice the radishes, season them and roast in the oven.
