The month of June is winding up and mostly I want it to be over. It has been tiring for me. I am happy though that I have managed to do most of the things I set out at the beginning of the month. My biggest project this month has been the colouring book I talked about. For the most part it is finished and I will begin sharing parts of it this afternoon, so check out my social feeds. I am feeling anxious about it so hopefully you will like it.
About two years ago, I shared how my mom taught me how to make mutetenherwa( salted roasted peanuts). That is how we ate them the whole time. So today I am showing you how to add other flavours.
I started by dry roasting my peanuts until they were browned all over. Then I mixed some spices and salt with some water then added to the still hot peanuts. As the water evaporates, the salt and spices stick to the peanuts.
