How to make cauliflower bites
Bring 1 cup of water to boil and add cauliflower. Cook for five minutes or until the cauliflower is tender. Drain and mash the cauliflower.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika and cayenne pepper. Set aside.
Mix the cauliflower, eggs and flour micture into a wet dough.
Pour 1 1/2 inches of cooking oil into a pot. When the oil reaches 350F, spoon the cauliflower dough into the oil. Make sure not to crowd the pot. Cook a few minutes until a deep golden brown. Remove cauliflower bites with a slotted spoon and place onto a paper towel lined plate. Repeat with remaining cauliflower bites dough.
Serve warm with your favourite dip.
