The past three months have been a blur for me, hence the scant posts. I am feeling much better about everything that has been going on and hopefully I will be able to get back to my schedule. It did not help either that we are in the middle of summer, the heat and and the humidity are not my friends at all but I am still alive. To cool down I made yogurt and mixed berry popsicles, they are so easy to make and taste so good. Here is how you make them:
Ingredients:
I cup yogurt of choice
1 packet frozen mixed berries or fresh ones will do.( You can also use other fruits that you like and blend them together)
Method:
Blend the mixed berries until smooth or you can use a wooden spoon or spatula to crush the berries.
Add 2 tablespoons of the yogurt to the bottom of the popsicle molds and fill the rest with the crushed or blended berries.
Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for 3 -4 hours.
Enjoy the popsicles.
